Smartdici participated in the IX Ibero-American Congress of Post-Harvest and Agro-Exportation Technology organized in Santiago de Chile from November 29 to December 1 by the Faculty of Agronomic Sciences of the University of Chile and the Institute of Agricultural Research-INIA. Smartdici presented in this important scientific event, the poster “Estimation of volume of harvest in grape wine using multispectral sensors and Artificial Intelligence” (project funded by InnovaChile).
Experts from Colombia, Brazil, Argentina, United States, Uruguay, Costa Rica, Peru and Chile participated in this event.
During these days, experts presented the advances developed in physiology and technology of postharvest of horticultural products, allowing the interaction between lines of work that consider the entire productive chain for obtaining a quality product.
This includes the generation of varieties, aspects of productive management, packaging, cold handling, growth regulators, minimum processing, atmosphere modification, among others.
